Gift Tickets are valid for general day admission only, and do not include any special events or surcharges, such as May Bank Holiday or May/October half term. Vouchers do not to be prebooked online.
Gift Tickets will be sent by First Class Mail within 5 working days. Orders are subject to a £2.20 surcharge for P&P. Please check you have supplied the correct shipping address.
We cannot issue any refunds for tickets or any other items once the purchase is completed.
