How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include a unique Barcode.

If your order relates to day tickets this is your entrance ticket, and you must bring this Barcode with you when you visit Roves Farm. Upon arrival, you will receive your entrance wristbands. If a membership has been purchased, your membership card can be collected on yuor next visit.

If you have purchased gift vouchers, you will be sent a code to redeem the selected product on the ticketing page on our website

To help prevent waste, we suggest presenting this on a smart phone. However, if you prefer, you may also print out the email containing your barcode and booking reference number.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival.

I don't have a printer...

You may present your ticket barcode on a smart phone if you do not have a printer. Please also make a note of the 8 digit booking reference to bring with you, coupled with some ID.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, there is wheelchair access throughout and on most tractor rides. We have disabled parking spaces & toilets with disabled access. Please phone us to arrange a suitable drop off point before you arrive 01793 763939.

Can I purchase a ticket in person on the day.

Yes, day tickets can be purchased from Reception on the day at Roves Farm. Online tickets can also be purchased for the same day before entry. During peak times (ie school holidays) we recommend purchasing your tickets online before arrival to grant you quicker entry. Discount codes for admissions can only be used for day tickets bought online.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are not permitted in any activity areas, play areas or in any barns nor are they allowed on tractor rides. This is for the enjoyment and safety of all visitors as well as our animals. Therefore we strongly recommend you do not visit with a dog as it will affect your enjoyment of the day. Walkers are permitted to bring their dogs on site when visiting the cafe & Farm Shop, however they must be on a short lead at all times.

Tractor rides

Treactor rides run from Febuary half term to October half term and cost £1.50 per person. Tickets can be purchased on site. We usually schedule three rides per day, and there is limited avaliability for each ride.
