Terms & Conditions

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Roves Farm and you. A contract does not exist between you and Roves Farm for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

Roves Farm is open 9am-5pm Wed-Sun in termtime and daily in school holidays, between 02 January and 23 December. Opening hours, events and offers are subject to change, and at times it may be necessary to restrict access to certain facilities. While we will endeavour to publicise any such changes on our website and social media, we strongly advise checking the relevant details before you arrive.

Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

ALL guests wishing to visit are required to pre-book their admission ahead of their visit. This includes Annual Members and children under 2 years of age. Please print your ticket or be prepared to present your Order Confirmation on your device, prior to arrival at the farm. Members will be required to input their Memberships Reference Number, which can be found on the back of the Membership Card at the time of booking. Members must also present the Membership Card upon arrival at the Farm, alongside their Order Confirmation. Visitors will be responsible for displaying these items to our receptionist, as part of the contactless journey at the Farm.  Guests purchasing free Carer tickets will be required to provide proof of eligibility as noted on the website here.

Guests will be required to book an arrival time session. This time session corresponds to your arrival at the Farm, not length of your stay. Walk-up visits will not be permitted.

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. Tickets are only transferable at our discretion to an alternative date or time if you contact us directly via email prior to your booked arrival time. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit, however we will make all reasonable efforts to do so as long as you contact us before your scheduled visit . Tickets may not be resold.

It is essential that everyone arrive only during their 30 minute booked time session. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait in your car until your arrival time session starts. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to be permitted entry.

Roves Farm reserves the right to refuse entry. Unacceptable behaviour, aggression and violence will not be tolerated.
