Gift Tickets are valid for general day admission only, and do not include any special events or surcharges, such as May Bank Holiday or May/October half term. Monetary Gift Vouchers are valid for use as either full or part payment in the Gift Shop, Farm Shop and Woolly Sheep Cafe but cannot be used to purchase admission tickets online.
Gift Tickets and Vouchers will be sent by First Class Mail within 5 working days. Orders are subject to a £2 surcharge for P&P. Please check you have supplied the correct shipping address. These can be used without pre-booking.
We cannot issue any refunds for tickets or any other items once the purchase is completed.
